luxury hotel in a superb central location

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: You really cannot do better for shopping and visiting the central square

Very good downtown hotel.

Pros: Air conditioning, modern
Cons: Service staff Needs to convey clearly any offers during stay and flexibility should mistakes occurred.
Location: Tirana is a rising Capital city and in time I am sure travelers will find her character and activities. Good quality food.
Only issue is the fixed price breakfast offer, I was charged even though I could not have had breakfast due to flight schedules. This should had been a daily offer not a fixed whole stay offer regardless whether guest could take breakfast or not.

Hieno hotelli Tiranan keskustassa. Hyvä aamupala, erinomainen kuntosali ja hieno spa-alue. Hotellihenkilökunnasta erityiskiitoksen ystävällisestä palvelusta ansaitsevat siivojat. Vastaanottohenkilökunnan palvelu oli keskimäärin hyvää tasoa, mutta 5-tähden hotellille parannettavaakin vielä on. Asiointi onnistui ongelmitta englanniksi. Ennakkoon tilatun lentokenttäkyydin kanssa oli ongelmia (kyyti ei tullut sovitusti), mutta lopulta hotelli hoiti ja hyvitti tilanteen hyvin. Kokonaisuudessaan erinomainen hotelli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan Euroopan yleiseen tasoonkin verraten.
