"Una de las personas encargada de la recepción me llamo el día que había hecho la reserva para insultarme porque no fui y me dijo que yo ni siquiera sabía usar las plataformas. Cuando yo llame 15 días antes y la que me respondió me dijo que yo no tenía ninguna reserva y previo a eso un mes antes me ..."
