Amsterdam Airport is connected to Amsterdam via rail and road. Trains offer a reliable form of transport and direct trains run to and from Amsterdam every 10 to 15 minutes between 6:00am and 12:30am. The journey takes around 15 to 20 minutes. Buses are an economical form of transport and stop at many hotels as well as central Amsterdam. The journey to central Amsterdam takes around 30 minutes. At the weekends the bus service is less frequent. Taxis are available at the airport. "We had the pleasure of staying for 9 weeks in this great apartment and having the benefit of your own private garden with the pool just outside the the gate. The owner was always very accommodating. The location where it was situated was a short distance to the beach were we walked our dogs regularly. ..."
