No service at all.

My card was charged for a flight booking on Air India (Itinerary # 7520990215960). I got confirmation of booking from ebookers as well as Air India for the booking, as well as from my credit card company (StanChart) confirming the payments to both Air India and GBP 2.00 to ebookers. Later I got an email from ebookers saying booking was fully cancelled and that I should reply to the cancellation email if there was mistake in cancellation, which too I did. However, the bookings were not resurrected, and ebookers amount not refunded. Hopefully, Air India will refund the amount due to the cancellation by ebookers. This caused considerable hardship, as well as having to pay higher prices to book the tickets again at a later time.

I would certainly not use ebookers service again.

Booking process very easy, the hotel I choose had an additional amount showing as payable directly to the hotel, but it was not clearly stated what this related to. The site stated 3 EUR per night city tax, however this is actually a tourism tax, the city tax is around 6.4% of the room rate, which I as only able to discover from a internet search.
I would also like ebookers to cease stating “Free Breakfast” when the breakfast is actually not free. For example on a hotel I was looking at, option 1 Standard Double Room Non Refundable with free Wifi £39, option 2 Standard Room Non Refundable with free Wifi and FREE Breakfast £65. The Breakfast therefore costs £26, it is not free. Why state breakfast is free when you can see it isn’t.

We find hotel on Seychelles for 3 nights the prices on screen come up 914gbp for 3 nights but with 35% discount price went to 594gbp plus another 10% with code BOOKNOW make the price down to 545gbp so we decide to book the hotel .After that we received an confirmation email but saying the price for the booking is 838gbp ???So contacted them with provided screenshot where you can see the price price with 35% discount this why we booked but they said price was 914gbp .SO THIS WAS FIRST AND LAST TIME WE USED THIS COWBOYS AND REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD TO OPEN A DISPITUE .PLEASE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKE BOOKING WITH THEM AND CHECK ALL REVIEWS ABOUT THEM AND EVEN BETTER DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL TO BE SAFE AND NOT RAUBBED
