No service at all.
My card was charged for a flight booking on Air India (Itinerary # 7520990215960). I got confirmation of booking from ebookers as well as Air India for the booking, as well as from my credit card company (StanChart) confirming the payments to both Air India and GBP 2.00 to ebookers. Later I got an email from ebookers saying booking was fully cancelled and that I should reply to the cancellation email if there was mistake in cancellation, which too I did. However, the bookings were not resurrected, and ebookers amount not refunded. Hopefully, Air India will refund the amount due to the cancellation by ebookers. This caused considerable hardship, as well as having to pay higher prices to book the tickets again at a later time.
I would certainly not use ebookers service again.February 17, 2020
