Excellent customer service with outstanding support for customers if they have any issue with their bookings. Exceptional support if customers has been affected by Covid 19 or has to cancel their non refundable bookings. Their agents will do their best twitch the hotel to persuade them to issue full refund. Trustable travel agent and I feel safe when I book through it. Generous loyally bonus+. Regular discount code. Good value for money. Wide range of hotels.

Excellent service, probably best service from staff in lahore. Lovely swimming pool. Gym probably needs upgrade.Breakfast lovely. Room cleaning spot on in the current climate. Security is like entering a nuclear site alittle too much.

Tried three times to make this booking and although the booking wasn’t made they took my bonus that I had on my account. As the hotel had limited rooms left I had to make the booking without using my £43 bonus. No one at ebookers could help and was told I’d have to wait until the pending transaction had been cancelled for bonus to be returned.
