Near perfect for our needs

I stayed here last year with my daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I considered checking in to the newly opened 5 star nearby but in all honesty the price of accommodation there was a deterrent. Happily our loyalty was rewarded with excellent standards within our suite and second to none service from all staff we encountered in the hotel. Special thanks to Mercy in reservations who ensured requests made prior to our arrival were satisfied. Our needs were catered for extremely well by the staff in the executive lounge, namely Beverly and Samson, who remembered us from last year, together with Ian and Desmond - for whom no request was too much. We were provided with a tranquil oasis within which to relax after a busy itinerary with the option of a lively environment elsewhere in the hotel.
