We are happy to find out your appreciation about our breakfast offer and the helpful service provided by our entire staff, one of our major asset we are proud of. We thank you for your comment about the whereabouts of our beach. We check extensively our web site content and did not find any advertising nor statement saying that our hotel is located right on the beach. Would be great if you could contact us directly as we would like to ask more details about where do you happen to read such information. Our private and exclusive beach stands at Li Nibani bay, just 5 minutes boat ride away, a nice little cruise that all our clients always enjoy. On the other hand we regret to see your disappointment about Cervo Hotel style and our price line: we know we are not modern-style-orientated, we can consider the Cervo an iconic masterpiece of the purest Sardinian style by architect Luigi Vietti; we also know we are not inexpensive, being our worldwide known venue one of the most bespoken property since the birth of the luxury tourism. Dear F&F Thank you for choosing the Cervo Hotel, Costa Smeralda Resort and for dedicating your time review your experience; we take into great account of your comment. It is disappointing to read that your stay with us was not up to your expectations and we apologize for the issues about you room, but if we would have known it before we had changed it for sure. Regarding the refreshments price, we know that we are not inexpensive, but our prices are carefully bench marked in line with the category of our property and the service we offer. We also offer 3 bottles of in-room complimentary water and a complimentary coffee or tea. I would suggest you to come back during the summer season when you could enjoy a vibrant and dynamic Porto Cervo made of Mediterranean cuisine restaurants, luxury shops and attractive events.
