We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us and apologise that we were not what you were looking for. The extractor fans are pulled down and cleaned bi weekly - we will move this to weekly (a minor amount of fluff was present on your departure - for which we apologise). We have removed the clock radios (less than 2% of our guests use these) and changed the bedsides to make it easier for the cleaners to spot dust in this area at floor level. Our welcome emails and messages (to your supplied mobile) before and during your stay were not responded to. We did in fact say hi to you more than once on the grounds to which your acknowledgement was very minimal. Unfortunately we took that to mean that you just wanted to enjoy your own company. All of our Check In information explains how to contact us, we are more than happy to meet up with our guests outside but do not have a reception area. The majority of our (guests choosing Self Contained Accommodation) do not wish to be disturbed during their stay.We wish you all the best
