Bali Hotels with Tennis Courts

"Fantastic holiday, wonderful cocktails, lovely sunsets, delicious food and everything was included in the all inclusive package (cocktails, fine dining restaurant, Asian restaurant, Italian, agreco farm dine out option which we unfortunately didn’t have time for, crepes and waffles, ice creams). Nice and quiet, calm, relaxing holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful too! Make sure to book restaurants on the app before you arrive (or WhatsApp the concierge was a unique perk) , and unfortunately we went out of peak season so no white parties etc but the bar was still lively and nice music every evening "

"Check in was wonderful, Vasiliki was very polite and professional. Finding the parking of the hotel was a tricky one. There were 5 spaces near the entrance - all taken when we arrived, so we parked on the street and got a ticket. The room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the ground floor, there is no balcony, instead a lovely space with table and chairs, and sea view. There is no mosquito net, though and the isolation allows you to hear everything in the hallway and the next room. The negative surprise was 2 empty mini bars and the fact that you need to pay for a bottle of water, in an all inclusive hotel. You also nees to go to the reception desk to get a key for the safe and, again, pay for it. The next negative surprise was the lack of amenities. There are no slippers, minimum bathroom amenities, no laundry bag and no bathrobe, not even even places to hang the towels :( I would never expect that a 4 star hotel will not have slippers or bathrobes, that was so disappointing. When I called for an iron and ironing board - the hotel does not provide ironing board and the iron you need to take from the reception desk, personnel can not bring it to the room. They eventually found an ironing board and even managed to deliver everything in the room. Last, hopefully, surprise, after calling to ask for a late check out, we were informed that we can use the room until 16:00 with a surcharge.
