Like a play ground outside the corridor ! Very noisy ( 3.30am you can hear people talking outside your room, ) Why’s 4 stars hotel No refrigerator in room? Never stayed there again!

We had a fantastic mid week experience, Filip at front desk was super helpful and provided excellent tips about tours and what to see locally. The room was everything we needed for our stay, great amenities, lovely breakfast with plenty of cold and hot options. The pool and sauna was great, only thing missing was the steam room which was closed for maintenance. Should we return to Belfast, we would definitely book at the Clayton again and would recommend to anyone as well. It has a great location to majority of the city walking wise and parking is at the back of the hotel, with under a 1 min walk to the front doors. This hotel would be great for any type of stayer, business, holiday makers or general one night stays.

Stayed for 2x nights at clayton in Belfast. This is my first ever stay at Clayton as I have a membership with others. The reason I stayed here: location, facilities (swimming pool is a must for me) and price. Pros: really good location, swimming pool, sauna and steam and gym were nice but the swimming pool area (mainly showers room) was really dirty and outdated. Also the water was very chlorinated, more than usual because after finishing swimming my eyes were hurting and itchy and you could smell it as well. Bed was comfy and the room was nice and quiet. The most important was really the staffs that I found really nice and friendly and listen to any concern and will help to resolve any issue  WiFi was fast. Cons: a bit outdated. Cleaning the room was not good enough although I stayed for 2x nights. It did not bother me much but just for comparison with others. Breakfast: average but delicious. I missed some of breakfast elements but not big deal as there was really enough stuff to choose from. Food at resturant I found more expensive than usual with limited choices. So I ate outside. I really enjoyed my stay here and will consider coming back next time and would recommend

Two lights was not working in the room. It was very dark. My room was no heating for one night. The duty manager promised to change for another room for me or putting heater in my room. But his words never came true, I had to use two blankets with wearing my hat to sleep on bed. The house keeping staff was very late to clean my room, sometimes at 5pm during my stay.

We had booked a ‘suite room ‘ on the 7 th floor. However, due to a constant humming sound ..??? I hardly slept, at what point I had to sleep on the floor ... This is what I expect from a hotel which I have stayed at on many occasions. I had a long drive the next day. I have been offered a refund of £50... which although we paid most of our bill in cash could not be refunded as we booked through yourselves. Very disappointed.
