I'd booked a family room got a a room that was 2 small for 2 adults 2 kids. Should be 2 double beds in room for the money they charge. My kids couldnt sleep on the sofabed.Bar staff very slow and unfriendly. Not very helpful at reception desk most staff just walk past you! Food menu very basic so couldnt stay in hotel to eat and relax had to go out everytime kids were hungry.

Nice hotel, some small things: Over all clean, but no hoovering, very simple breakfast, no turkey, cucumber etc for bread, walls and roofs are cracking, sink has no cover, doors being banged shut, wont shut if you dont bang them, no fridge, no promised ementies in bathroom, no good shelf storage, sounproof good when windows are shut, aircon ok, Access around the city marvellous, personnel great, washing machine going on through 23 pm?? Comfy beds, walls and undertable wall has weird smuches, so does carpet, curtains and bed clothing are breaking down, art is lovely. But a very nice hotel over all.

Great location, black cabs meet there at the hotel, taxi in front of the house, near bus station. Bad service: no room cleaning (4 days). No information, that restaurant works only at the week end.
