Dear Sir, We are truly sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. This is something that is not a regular occurrence, nor did we have any knowledge about the issue, because we would most definitely react, and change your room. There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee.
