Well located and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Spacious rooms, although could do with some additional soundproofing. Hotel was not busy, despite the price for the room which seems to be linked to brand rather than occupancy - may try some of the other options in the area next time. The lobby bar is underutilised / could do with a more inviting set up.

Far too expensive for what it is. Do not have a room overlooking the foyer, its loud and noisy, with little or no sound proofing. Rooms are tired and need decorating. Lifts do not work - take the stairs. Drinks - 10 euros for a gin & tonic. Same for any drink requiring a mixer. The drinks are advertised as EU6.50 but they add mixer and round the total to EU10.00 This is not a 4star hotel as advertised and struggles to achieve 3 in my opinion. Overpriced & poor service coupled with Spanish indifference. Spain is trying to sell its way out of a recession by overpricing everything. All that will happen is people will not return and the country will go the way of Greece. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Yleisesti hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Huoneiden kuvat olivat kuitenkin varattaessa erilaisia kuin mitä huone käytännössä oli. Lisäksi kattoterassi oli kiinni/poissa käytöstä.

Erinomainen aamiainen. Keskeinen sijainti, kuitenkin rauhallinen ympäristö. Hyvä,ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erittäin siisti(,huone siivottiin päivittäin aamiaisen aikana). Lähistöllä runsaasti pinxtos -paikkoja. Lentokenttäbussin pysäkille lyhyt kävelymatka.

Pros: freundliches Personal
Cons: WiFi hat nicht funkioniert
Location: Zentrale Lage, die Stadt Bilbao zu Fuss kennen lernen.
grösster Mangel ist die sprachliche Barriere. Sprachliche Einseitigkeit mit Schwerpunkt auf der englischen Sprache. Schliesslich ist Frankreich nicht weit entfernt.
