General guality absolutely not up to the price. No new linen or towels but after I complained of most probable body lice infestation to my wife. Such skin reactions I have only seen in another developing country of Sri Lanka. Poor hygiene of the hotel was known in near-by shops. Only good things were underground station and many historical sites near-by.

Good morning, We tell every guest at check in that we have daily housekeeping service, and when you want it, just let us know and we will do it. If you do not schedule it we will stay out of your room. You also could have mentioned your opinion at any time during your stay and our front desk would have resolved the issue by providing the above housekeeping, moving you rooms, or providing other options. I have not had any other issues from that room, but will have it inspected as an extra precaution. Feel free to call and ask for a manager if you wish to discuss anything further.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'd like to clear up a few items for other guests reading the review. We have brand new mattresses this year. Our front desk is staffed with at least 2 agents at all times and we have not noticed a wait time to check in longer than 5 minutes yet this year, I'm sorry if that was an issue for your arrival, we'd be happy to assist you if you arrive at a non-peak time if that is too long to wait. Alternately we do have lots of sitting area in the lobby if the issue is standing for too long. We did have an elevator out of order for a few days due to an unforeseen maintenance need, the company rushed us the part and fixed it as soon as they could. Feel free to call me if you would like to discuss your stay any further.
