Dear Yangchen, thank you so much for your feedback which is very important for us in order to improve our services. The swimming pool is arround 25 degree and the Jacuzzi is arround 32 degree. The sauna is approx 80 degree. We forwarded your opunion about breakfast to our chef. We would be so happy if you would come another time again.

Great staff and service

Pros: The high level of service and friendliness shown by the staff, regularly not found in Hungary in general.
Cons: They are ranked with four stars, and with that in mind, I can't really think of anything out of place.
Location: It's not the most centrally placed hotel, but you still get around easily. Very close to Heroes Square.
Overall pleased, pretty much as expected from other reviews and scores. However, I'd like to mention the hotel employees high level of service and discretion, which was top notch. Would definitely book another stay if I planned to live around that area again.

Nice hotel in good condition accommodating staff

Cons: none
Location: aplenty
Booked 3 rooms for a family get together in Budapest. Everybody happy with their stay. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, modern and clean and nicely furnished with television, couch. Bathrooms are modern. Air con. Television with multiple channels. Breakfast is a broad array of savoury and sweet delicacies including typical Hungarian and international fare including eggs, croissant, fruit juices, teas and coffees. One can serve oneself as much as one likes and there is ample room to spread out and enjoy your meal at leisure. The restaurant is also open throughout the day for other mealtimes serving Hungarian and international dishes. Beside the restaurant is a bar with friendly staff who can book a meal or taxi for you. On the ground floor is a nice spa which has sauna, pool, plunge pool and Jacuzzi go at the right time of day and this can be just you enjoying the facilities. The staff were really nice in offering access even though we had checked out of the hotel and left our bags in reception. Nearby the hotel which is well located are some of the most famous baths of Budapest as well as large park and local restaurants. Getting into centre of town for all the city sights is not difficult with bus and metro stations only a few minutes gentle stroll from the hotel. There a plethora of old world attractions awaits in what they call the Paris of the East a really beautiful city of beautiful people and elegant buildings and streets to meander and pass away the hours and days.

Piscine non disponible alors que c’etait une des raisons pour laquelle nous avions réserver cet hotel, manqu de pression dans la douche, produit de salle de bain non change régulièrement, carte de restaurant tres limite, personnel pas chaleureux

Merci pour votre avis qui est très important pour nous. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas encore pu ouvrir la piscine, mais notre centre de bien-être est ouvert avec jacuzzi, sauna et salle de sport. Dans la description de l'hôtel, il y a une information concernant la fermeture temporaire de la piscine. Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait de nos services.

Hyvät kulkuyhteydet

Mukava rauhallinen hotelli sopivien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Myös lapset jaksoivat kävellä esim. metropysäkille.

Mukava hotelli rauhallisessa ympäristössä

Pros: Henkilökunnan asenne.
Cons: Huoneet ei olleet ihan viimeistä laatua, mutta siistit ja puhtaat.
Location: Kaupungin kaikki nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päästä.
Silmänpistävintä oli erittäin palvelualis henkilökunta ja ystävällinen ilmapiiri.

hotel accueillant

Pros: piscine , spa et sauna à l intérieur :génial après une journée de marche dans budapest !
Cons: un peu plus de variété dans le buffet du petit dej.
Location: quartier calme
l' éloignement très relatif de l' hôtel par rapport au centre ville est compensé par une très bonne rotation des transports en commun( en gros bus toutes les 5').personnel serviable, disponible ,de bon conseil (certains parlent français à l' accueil).
