Dear Felix,First of all, it is very unfortunate to read such comments from especially you, who we assume were pleased, because you chose our hotel twice in a short period as we are very keen to provide our guests with the best experience that we aim to provide.The several incidences like our staff motivation, bathroom breakdown, amenity fulfillment do not reflect Design Plus Hotels expected standards. We are investigating these issues with all key department heads to analyse the reasons, which will help us learn and improve our service. We wished that you inform us about the incidences in the room, so that we could solve them and provide satisfaction during your accommodation dates.Regarding your noise complaint, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations, but we would like to point out that our hotel is located in the Alaçatı Port and this area is famous for its nightclubs and restaurants. The music continues until 01:00 as required by Turkish government law. Sehr geehrter Gaste, Zuerst möchten wir uns bedanken, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub bei uns im D+ Seya Beach Hotel verbracht haben und dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben unser Hotel zu bewerten. Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, wenn unser Haus Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnte. Bitte zögern Sie nicht, auch bei den kleinsten negativen Bemerkungen, an das Management vor Ort oder Gaestebetruung zu wenden. Ihre Zufriedenheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle und ist somit auch unsere grösste Anerkennung von Seiten unserer Gaeste! Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die ich beheben möchte. Viele Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch und es gibt mehrere Mitarbeiter, die Deutsch können. Im Hotel findet keine Party statt. Sanfte Live-Musik ist von 22:00 bis 23:30 Uhr verfügbar. 23:30 ist eine akzeptable Stunde. Wie bereits erwähnt, gibt es bis 2 Uhr keine Musiksendung im Hotel.
