Très bel hôtel

Je n’ai pas trouvé le personnel très commerçant dans le sens où nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes... manque d’expérience.

Geburtstagswochenende

Das Hotel ist für uns ein einer guten und ruhigen Lage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Auch im Spa haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Eizig die einheitliche Grösse der Bademäntel kann zu einem Problem werden, besonders für jemanden der gross ist, z.B. 1.90 m gross und breite Schultern. Wir würden es wieder Buchen.

Bien rénové, malheureusement à côté de la voie ferrée et un petit peu loin de la ville mais sinon l'hôtel est très joli.

Manque de professionnalisme

Ayant prit une chambre luxe d après la directrice il n y avait pas de peignoir dans la salle de bain alors que les chambres inférieures en étaient dotées À la salle de restaurant les tables étaient débarrassees mais pas nettoyées Dommage car le lieu est formidable

superbe week-end en famille

Magnifique hôtel. Vue imprenable sur les Alpes. Seul bémol, la carte est un peu limitée et la signalisation de l'hôtel est insuffisante.
