Highly recommended

We were on a short trip to fly on the Zepplelin airship. The Comfort Hotel Friedrichshafen was well located to get to the Lake, Airship and the town in general. The hotel was a very pleasant base for us and I highly recommend it.

Für eine Nacht geht es gerade so....

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten gut. Das Einchecken war ok aber auch nicht mehr. Das Frühstück war von der Qualität Durchschnitt aber auch nicht mehr. Der Frühstückspause ein totale fehlplanung, da alles viel zu eng und vor allem nicht genügend Tische zur Verfügung standen. So entstanden Wartezeiten. Das Buffet war in einem engen Gang aufgebaut und zu allem Überfluss musste die Dame mit dem gebrauchten Geschirr auch noch diesen Gang in die Küche. Macht ja auch echt Sinn mit den gebrauchten Tellern und dem Besteck noch einmal durch den engen Gang zu gehen, wo die Gäste eh schon keinen Platz hatten um ihr Frühstück zu holen. Zu allem Überfluss befinden sich die zwei Lifte auch nich direkt vor dem engen Gang und der Kaffeemaschine, wo die Leute in der Schlange standen. Das nennt man dann Architektur und Organisation. Es ging wohl mehr um massenabfertigung als wie um gemültliches frühstücken. Weiter besteht bei den Fahrradständern nicht die Möglichkeit, den Akku vom ebike zu füllen, da es in der gesamten Garage keine Steckdose hat. Vorteilhaft war noch, dass das parken in der Tiefgarage kostenlos war und das man mit dem Rad in einigen Minuten am See bzw. in der Innenstadt war. Fazit: ein Hotel ohne Seele, Herz und ehr ein Industriebetrieb wo nicht sehr viel überlegt wird.
