Das Hotel ist sehr Sauber und obwohl wir nur zwei Nächte übernachtet haben wurde das Zimmer nach einer Nacht gleich gereinigt und sauber gemacht. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und man hatte reichlich Platz im Zimmer. Was uns im Zimmer gestört hat, war es dass es keine Gläser oder Becher gegeben hat. Dasselbe im Bad, wir hatten keine Gläser oder Becher so wie üblich in den Hotels und auch sehr wenig Stauraum, da die Schubladen unter dem Waschbecken nicht zum Gebrauch waren sondern Fixiert/Geschlossen. Obwohl das Frühstuck gut war, war der Frühstückraum mehr zusammengewürfelt als ein richtiger eingerichteter Frühstückraum. Es war alles sehr unübersichtlich und fehlte so einiges, was man in so einem Raum benötigt. Auch viele Geräte waren ausgefallen oder sogar kaputt, Gläser fehlten und das Personal kam mit allem nicht nach. Da hat man es richtig bemerkt, dass das Personal sehr überfordert war und selber nicht so wusste was zuerst machen muss. Sehr schade eigentlich. Die Ortschaft ist in zwei Teilen unterteilt auf einer Seite von Bahnhof war das alte teil und auf der anderen Seite wo sich das Hotel befindet war das neue wo noch sehr am Überbauen ist. Viele neue Gebäude und Hotels in der Umgebung aber nur wenige Restaurants. Die Ortschaft ist aber ideal wenn man das europapark oder die Rulantica besuchen möchte und nicht zu viel fürs Übernachten ausgeben will. Es ist gleich der nächste Ort und man ist in 10Min. mit dem Auto dort.

Das Hotel hat uns eine Woche vor Ankunft geschrieben, dass sie unsere Buchung Annullieren müssen. Der Grund dafür ist, dass sie den ganzen November Betriebsferien hätten. Wir fühlten uns verarsch da wir bereits vor über einem Jahr gebucht hatten. Wir hoffen dass wir unsere Anzahlung wieder zurückerstattet bekommen.

Hôtel neuf, propre et bien situé. Equipé avec l'essentiel… frigo dans la chambre, restaurant dans l'hôtel (Attention, il y a juste des faritas et hamburgers et ils ne prennent aucune carte comme maestro, visa/mastercard mais il y a un distributeur à l'extérieur), pas de safe dans les chambres. L'hôtel est un peu froid à mon goût, chambre avec de multiples lits dont des superposés mais en métal. En revanche lits durs, coussins super mous. Nous avons super mal dormi. De plus ce fut assez bruyant mais peut-être sommes-nous trop sensibles à cela. Au niveau accueil il y beaucoup plus chaleureux comme endroit. C'est presque s'il l'on nous regardait de travers. En revanche nous retiendrons le sourire, la disponibilité et l'accueil très chaleureux des personnes à la gestion du restaurant le soir et au petit déjeuner du matin ( Une dame blonde et un Monsieur ) ils ont été supers et c'est grâces à ces 2 personnes que nous sommes parti avec une bonne image générale.
