Outstanding location - outstanding team

This resort nestles amongst tropical gardens and is surrounded by 3 beaches. The coral reef creates a natural lagoon where swimming is very safe. There are 4 restaurants to choose from although the main restaurant is predominantly buffet style. nevertheless, there are table de hote nights with excellent menus. The staff are simply outstanding. Attentive, helpful and always keen to ensure that your time at the resort is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Although night-time entertainment is limited, there is both an indoor and outdoor cinema which somehow helps elevate the holiday into an extraordinary experience. There are also good sporting facilities available. If you can, purchase an all-inclusive package which includes most of the facilities and drinks, which can be pricey if purchased separately.

Just fantastic! This time I was looking for a place, where I can just relax. Lux Grand Gaube was the perfect place for me. I would recommend to visit if you plan vacation in Mauritius. Even it is a perfect place if you have kids.

- Areal / Infrastruktur ist sehr gut, sauber, gepflegt. - Küche (Buffet, genannt „Theater“) ist erstklassig, abwechslungsreich, tadellos. - Personal (Restaurant, Room-Service, Rezeption) ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und macht meistens einen sehr guten Job. - Nur das mittlerer und obere Management scheint mehr mit sich selbst als mit der Hotelführung beschäftigt zu sein. a) „Management by Check-Liste“ kann man wohl kaum als Personalführung bezeichnen. b) Hotel-Manager hat sich in 9 Tagen nie blicken lassen. c) Koordination zwischen den Teams erfolgt nur auf Working-(d.h. Personal)-Level. D.h. trotz fehlendem Support und Koordination durch das Management macht die Mitarbeiter, die Kundenkontakt haben, das Beste aus der Situation.
