Classy hotel a short walk to centre of Heraklionwe

Pros: Friendly atmosphere and staff and smart. Our room was very well cleaned, with a daily change of towels, by a long suffering maid.
Cons: The pool rarely gets the sun and the water was cold. The lounge chairs in the cocktail area are unfortable and need to be made adjustable.located
Location: Located on the road to the airport and Knossos but there is nothing to do nearby.
We spent four nights with the intention of visiting the city's excellent museums and enjoying good food in restaurants around the harbour. The Galaxy is some 20 minutes walk from the seafront but a taxi either way costs only 5 euros. The hotel itself offers good food but a very restricted menu. However the breakfasr buffet is excellent. The receptionists and the front hall porter were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room, however, was cramped, even though we were "upgraded" on arrival.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was great. Walls are a bit thin and the rooms are a bir bright at night - but all around a no-brainer.

Hôtel idéalement placé, à 20 min à pied du centre d’Heraklion. Les services proposés sont très adaptés, la piscine est top et convient parfaitement. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié, les basiques restent mais le côté plat chaud varie tous les jours. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Sijainti hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Lähellä ruokakauppa, kioskeja ja ravintoloita. Palvelu huippuluokkaa, aamiainen loistava. Siistiä, rauhallista. Ainoa kummallisuus että hotellin ravintola on auki vain jos tilaa puolihoito vaihtoehdon. Toki mahdollista tilata huoneeseen ateria. Ei halvimmasta päästä, mutta matkailussa ei kannata säästää asumisen mukavuudessa.
