This was our second stay at an Ovolo Hotel in HK, we stayed at the Aberdeen Ovolo a couple of years ago, so we knew to expect that the only downside would be small room size. Having said that, the room is very cleverly laid out, immaculately clean with a fantastic rain shower. Perfectly located for the part of HK we wanted to explore, with quick access to MTR, trams, a good selection of eateries and a bustling but charming 20-min walk to Central. Great supermarket next door and amazing Dim Sum two minutes away. Hotel staff, as expected of Ovolo, were super friendly and helpful and they were brilliant over the phone from the UK when we had to change our arrival date at the last minute. Free in-room mini bar and happy hour in the lounge an added bonus, but we just love the quirky friendliness of the Ovolo concept and would stay again.

Très bon rapport Qualité/Prix

Début décembre , nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel qui a vraiment beaucoup d'avantages. - Hôtel bien situé sur l'île de HK (proche SOHO). - WIFI gratuit dans tout l’hôtel - Petit-déjeuner continental gratuit (du sucré et du salé) - Happy Hour offert tous les jours de 18h à 20h - Chambre très bien équipée (TV, coffre, petit frigo, literie confortable, chaussons, salle de bain avec douche, toilette, sèche cheveux, serviettes, produits de toilette) - Le frigo de la chambre contenait des bouteilles d'eau, de bière, de jus de fruit et de coca cola, et tout ça gratuit. - Nettoyage des chambres tous les jours - Laverie gratuite avec produits de nettoyage en libre service (3 machines à laver et 3 machines à sécher le linge) - Salle de sport en libre service (pas vraiment eu le temps de la tester, nous avions déjà beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire) - Et pour finir, le personnel de l’hôtel est très pro (toujours très discret), très disponible (n’hésitez pas à leur demander conseil sur des restaurants, des visites, …) et très arrangeant (notre avion du retour était à 11pm, ils nous ont gardé nos valises toute la journée, et nous avons pu prendre une douche avant de partir). Il y a bien sûr quelques inconvénients : - La chambre manque de rangements (pas de placards, pas de commode), juste une petite penderie. - L’hôtel étant situé sur Queen’s Road et les chambres n’ayant qu’un simple vitrage, c’est donc assez bruyant. Demander donc une chambre dans les étages élevés (nous étions au 13ème , pas assez haut pour ne rien entendre). Le bruit n’a pas vraiment été un problème, vu les journées chargées que nous passions, nous n’avions aucun mal à nous endormir. En résumé, si c'était à refaire, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter.
