perfectly situated in east jerusalem, close to damascusgate and al-wad street - v.comfortable room overlooking quietgardens - excellent&varied breakfastchoices

Bonjour, je suis restée du 5 au 12 Octobre 2019 dans cet hotel. Je suis arrivée tres tot le matin à 9h alors que le check in etait à 14h. Le personnel très sympa m'a quand preparé ma chambre rapidement et laissé monter m'installer. De plus ils m'ont dit que je pouvais aller prendre un petit dejeuner. Personnel tres sympa et disponible. L'hotel est tres tres bien situé à même pas 5 min de la porte d'Herode donc moins de 10 min de Al Aqsa. Quartier arabe tres tranquille. L'hotel est moderne. Ils refaisaient la peinture et quelques travaux. 2 bemols : l'aspirateur n'est jamais passé.... Il y a à boire et à manger par terre et le petit dejeuner est horrible.... Vraiment le petit dejeuner est à revoir. Meme les jus de fruits sont des jus de fruits en poudre !! Les fruits coupés en boite de conserve et le pain pas frais du tout. Le manager du restau n'a pas su me dire quelle viande etait posée pour la charcuterie.... C'est dommage parce que pour le reste c'etait nickel vraiment. Pour le menage il n'y a que le sol qui est pas top le reste nickel. Le personnel tres disponible et arrangeant. Au global je recommande vivement.
