Major refurbishments going on.

Too many facilities out of action for the duration of the stay. Renevation works very noisey and dusty.

Hong Kong visit

Great location to experience the delights of Hong Kong. Room compact but adequate, and quite quiet (albeit we were on the 12 floor). Great breakfast.

Eaton Hotel - May 2015

The Eaton Hotel have great prices for rooms in a good location, close to all of the excitement that Jordan in Hong Kong provides, shopping, restaurants etc. Unfortunately the room was a little tired although I am told that they are undergoing refurbishment works, they had not reached the room that I stayed in The hotel offers a gluten free breakfast option and this is one of the reasons it was chosen I ordered room service, a sandwich with gluten free bread, but unfortunately the bread was filled with the dryest chicken and bacon that I have ever been presented with, along with green lettuce that was yellow! Needless to say, it was inedible and the next morning I complained to the Restaurant Manager. He was very apologetic and refunded the cost of the sandwich. After this experience, I didn't stay for breakfast! In summary, a good hotel, in a prime location but if you are looking for a great gluten free breakfast, you may want to re-think. It is unfortunate as the number of establishments in Hong Kong offering a gluten free option is very, very limited and to find a hotel which offers this service is a real bonus, but, they do need to provide a gluten free option that you can actually eat. In this instance, this was not the case The Restaurant Manager is looking into how the Hotel can improve the quality of the gluten free options that they provide and I hope that the Hotel will find a suitable solution

Great Hotel

The hotel is excellent value, particularly the Club rooms where you can access the E Club daily. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is located near the Jordan MTR and so transport around the area is very straightforward. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My second stay at the Eaton

I have just had a great break in Hongkong , it was my second stay at the Eaton hotel , i work in the North East of China and it was really nice to feel the warm weather of Hongkong . I stayed in a club room and the service was very good and the hotel staff are great , very friendly and very helpful . The hotel is located at the top end of Nathan road , but the jordan metro station is very close . I will stay at the hotel again when i visit Hongkong again later in the year .
