The property was amazing and the staff very helpful and super nice. I am very upset with ebookers, I won’t book anything anymore. Misleading informations on the room. I booked a room for 3 people and the set up of the room was ridicolous, 2 single beds only, while on the description was written 2 double beds. They add a roll bed and we couldn’t move in the room at all. Thanks to the lovely staff of the hotel we have been upgraded to a bigger room but still very upset and disappointed by ebookers on how they sell rooms. I was there with friends to celebrate my graduation and has been a nightmare

Excellent location, facilities and service. Would

Pros: The location, the service and the roof top pool
Cons: Add toilet brush in the bathrooms
Location: The hotel is on top of Kowloon tube (MTR) station, on top of the airport express ( one of only two locations in town) and of a shopping mall.
I am very glad I chose th W for our week stay in Hong Kong. The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff very helpful and the facilities superb. We stayed in a Fabulous room with views over Victoria Harbour, which was spacious.

Super Hotel, frisch, modern, freundlich

Pros: Die Mitarbeitenden sind aufgestellt und freundlich, es ist frisch, neu, modern.
Location: Das Einkaufszentrum im Gebäudekomplex ist beeindruckend. Es gibt einen Eislauf-Ring. Die Ozone-Bar des Ritz-Carltons ist im gleichen Komplex.
Das Hotel ist recht neu. Es ist frisch und modern. Die Mitarbeitenden, insbesondere die Concierges sind jung und aufgestellt und haben Freude an ihrem Job. Pool ist perfekt, Fitness ist klein aber super eingerichtet (auch kleine Yoga-Ecke). Die Aussicht ist toll. Man erhält ein Smartphone und kann damit lokal telefonieren und sich einen Hotspot einrichten. Einzig die Anbindung an die MTR ist nicht ideal: die Haltestelle Kowloon befindet sich zwar IM Gebäude des Hotels (ist Teil eines Komplexes mit weiteren Hotels und Haute-Coutur-Geschäften), es ist aber die "falsche Linie", denn sie fährt nur bis "Hongkong". Von dort muss man überwechseln zu "Central" (unterirdisch, mit Rollbahnen verbunden, aber trotzdem ein gutes Stück), um auf die anderen Linien zu gelangen. Drei Mal pro Stunde fährt aber die Hotelshuttle nach Tsim Sha Tsui, mit dem Taxi sind es 3 - 4 Euro zu dieser Station.
