Beautiful apartments really clean and very close to the main square. Don't go for a top floor studio if you have problems with mobility as there aren't any lifts!

Would not stay here again

We arrived at the property to find our room was on the 5th floor and they have no lift. This is not the fault of the property I understand that, but due to being not long out of hospital I was not able to climb 5 flights of stairs so asked if they had a more suitable room. For an extra £40 they upgraded me to an apartment which was 7 mins walk across town. Once we arrived at the new apartment i was disappointed to find the it as not as advertised. To start the door handle to the apartment was broken and it took me 10mins to finally get in. Once in I found the apartment to be very drap and I am guessing the photos they use must have been taken over 10 years ago. The glass shower door was half hanging off. There was only one plug socket in the kitchen diner room and that was what the boiler was plugged into. So to use the kettle or any other electrical equipment you needed to unplug he boiler first. Which also ment you could not use the shower at this point. All other plug sockets in the bedroom came out the wall when you pulled your plug out. There was one double bed and a couch bed in the kitchen diner which was supposedly classed as the second bed. I attempted to sleep on this but by the morning I couldn’t move my neck. The bed was too short and I and only 5ft 2in so not a tall person. And was hard as rock. Also no bedding was left for the second bed so had to sleep with my dressing gown as a blanket. I had paid for four nights but after one I checked out after one.

Very large apartment. Perfect.

Two bedroom large apartment in a brilliant location just off the square. Everything in the apartment you could possibly need. The guys on the reception very informative and helpful. We had the 2 teenage kids with us and they had a great bedroom. Great security within the building too. Only tiny negative, no air con. But we had great time, Cool Tours bike tour of the city with Max, trip to Auswitz with Get Your Trip and a castle and river cruise and of course loads of delicious food and beers.

Lovely apt central in krakow helpful staff only one problem is no lift which is hard but we got used to it loved its old world look

Superb apartments right in the centre of Kraków.

Superb city break in a beautiful city. The apartments being so close to all the bars and restaurants made it even better.

Fabulous and great location

Pros: Location, decor, facilities.
Cons: Make sure hot water supply is consistent.
Location: Main square no more than 3 min walk away.
Fabulous apartment, and literally a block from the main square so great for exploring Krakow. Two minor issues, our shower ran cold for over 30 mins one morning - assumed the hot water was being used by another apartment!! Only happened the one day and after about 30 mins it was warm again but not ideal if you’re time-bound (like I was as had a tour booked). Also there is a nightclub in the basement, only one night - the Saturday - did we hear it, it was a dull noise in the background so not overly loud but thought I’d mention it in case people would be put off. All that said, we loved our apartment and the location, and so would absolutely stay there again and recommend to everyone.

So close to old market square

Great location, clean roomy apartments, we stayed in ground floor overlooking courtyard so close to main entrance but wasn't noisy. Beds very comfy. Great to have 24hr reception, all staff extremely helpful & very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

city break

Stayed in the Antique Apartments for 3 nights, had a studio apartment, small and compact! Location was brilliant, we were on the 4th floor tho so plenty of stairs to climb, but we were prepared for this from reading previous reviews. staff obliged with an early check in. apartment was clean, but not serviced over 3 days. would return to these apartments and recommend to family/ friends.
