Grundsätzlich war das „Hotel“ im 3. Stock sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war unser Bett (Doppelzimmer) sehr klein und für 2 Personen ab Grösse 1.70 sehr eng. Dies habe ich auch bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Die Antwort: „Bei uns ist das so da müssen Sie das nächste Mal die Bilder anschauen oder in ein anderes Hotel buchen“. Eine sehr ungenügende und billige Aussage.

The location is very practical. It’s between two major metro stations, one which goes directly to the airport. The price is honest, considering the room is very clean, stylish & functional, with a balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Sieht man das Gebäude von aussen, denkt man an eine Absteige. Die Zimmer sind aber schön und sauber. Danke dem Personal, dass sie uns ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gegeben hat anstelle der gebuchten (hatte nur das eine) Einzelbetten. Im 3.Stock hört man die Metro gut (06.00 - 01.00 Uhr). Mit Ohrenstöpsel kein Problem. Frühstücken kann man überall auf dem Weg in die Stadt.

The location of the hotel is excellent since it's close to the metro stations and Alfama is only a walking distance away. The staff is very polite and helpful if you need anything. Though the location / room can be slightly noisy because of the traffic outside, even during the nights, it didn't bother me that much. All in all I do recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!
