Amazing stay. It is in a quiet area yet easily reached from the center via public transport. Yhe room is modern and priovides everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and has good variety. Loved the pool. It is decent size, water was warm, aand it has a shelter so that you can swim in all weather condition. Will stay here the next time we visit Lisbon

Check in before arrival so was quick at reception, excellent apartment, good size bedrooms and with all facilities that you need, location:less than10 min walk to metro station, supermarket right across the street, Colombo shopping mall near by (less than10 min walk) hospital and clinics near by, will stay again if in Lisbon and recommend to families.

Air conditioning did not work and they were not interested in solving it. I complained twice. The first day they said it was necessary to wait for it to cool down. On the second day they said it was locked on the computer, and that they would unlock it. They did not unlock nor did the AC work during the entire stay.

Lovely place to stay, location a little far out but we knew this before we booked so not a problem. Cleaning could be improved but all else perfect.
