This is the second time we stayed here, and I'm afraid it might be the last. At check-in, we waited 20 minutes to be attended despite 3 members of staff not appearing to be dealing with anyone . Once we got to our room, we decided to go for a swim, but there were no towels at the pool area. I waited 15 minutes at reception to find out that there was a token system which we were meant to use to exchange for a towel at the pool. We went back down, but there was no life guard on duty to provide us with towels. I called up to reception and was told someone would bring them down. Meanwhile several other customers came down looking for towels as well. No staff appeared so again I went to reception to be told by the same staff member that it was reception who provided the towels but they did not have any left. He called housekeeping to bring some, which resulted in another delay of 30 minutes. In total 45 minutes wasted waiting for towels. The pool itself was nice, but none of the lockers worked, so we had to leave our clothes and room key unattended. There was no shower gel in the showers in the changing room. All in all a disappointing experience. Our room itself was clean and well appointed although one of the bedside lights did not work. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and was included in the price of our room. Unfortunately the car park was not. There is a barrier system in place and a charge of €11 for one night which is new since our last visit.

Wir haben zwei Nächte übernachtet. Hatten leider kein Wasser!!! Frühstück war miserabel. Buffet dreckig und kaltes Essen. Wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Das Restaurant im Hotel überteuert. Wir haben auswärts gegessen viel günstiger.
