Great Location, Not A Great Hotel

The Hotel was in a Great Location but that is where my nice experience stops, the Hotel is not comfortable and the staff (except for one or two members) were indifferent to the guests and not friendly. The area around the Hotel has some streets you would not want to walk around (during the day or night) not that there was an air of menace but there wereladies of the night/day openly plying their trade at all hours of the day. The noise level in the Hotel & locality was almost unbearable you could not have the air-conditioning on as it was too noisy you could not leave a window open with the noise of either clubs or pubs around that went onto the very early hours of the morning. I personally would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Good location and value

I stayed for four nights here and I got what I wanted. Location is excellent for a reasonable price. People complain how loud Madrid is but Los Condes is located in a side street so I slept like a baby. No noise. Grand Via is stone's throw away. Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat the brekafast or use the bar so I can't review them. Staff was professional andf friendly. All in all, good hotel for a short city break.

Mittelklasse Hotel

Pros: Der Aufzug.
Cons: Die Herren der Rezeption sprechen kein Deutsch. Immer das gleiche Frühstück !!!! Dreckiges Geschirr blieb oft stehen beim Frühstück.
Location: Nähe der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Plaza de Sol und der Palast sind zu Fuß bequem erreichbar.
Unscheinbares Hotel. Befindet sich wenige Schritte von der belebten Hauptstraße entfernt. Man bekommt aber nichts von den Geräuschen mit. Madrid selber ist sehr lebendig. Überall ist Polizei, so das man sich selber sehr sicher fühlen kann. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Busse und Bahnen sind auch sauber und man hat freies Wlan. Wunderschöne Parkanlagen alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Meluisa hotelli hyvällä paikalla

Surkea äänieristys, kaikki käytävän äänet kuuluivat suoraan huoneeseen. Lisäksi hotellissa alkoi remontti aina aamulla klo 8. Rälläkän ääneen ei ollut kiva herätä. Huone kuitenkin siisti, ilmastointi toimi ja minibaari oli ok.
