Location is good, tram and trains nearby. Staff very friendly - the hot tub wasn’t working so we were taken to another hotel to use their facilities. Sadly we had issues with the air conditioning we were told it’s an ecosystem however we found it kept turning off and we had to keep turning it back on throughout the night - this made a good nights sleep quiet broken. The bed was amazing shame the temperature wasn’t.

The spa was completely dirty from the Silvester party in the evening but i want to go to the spa at 6 PM. This hotel has no sauna, they has a steamer. In the upgrade room we get was still water in the water heater from the previous gest. the Parking is at Wilson and you pay 20$ tehere, i was surprised i ask the concierge from the Radisson they charge 35$. The Personal is really friendly and try the best for you. but i was surprised from the spa so used......
