Useless staff!! Useless equipment!!

This hotel was booked for my disabled mothers 70th birthday On arrival none off the staff could operate the Wheelchair lift at the front entrance!! This happened every time we left and returned to the hotel! Having to wait for maintenance staff to operate the lift! The staff were rude to us because we had no choice but to eat in the garden as the Wheelchair lift was broken and we had no way of leaving the building we were asked to eat on the street!! The issue of a refund is still ongoing by Expedia but my mothers holiday was ruined by this whole experience and blaming herself for being in a wheelchair!! So please do not use this hotel if you have mobility problems you will be a hindrance to the staff!!!!!

NYX for us means a constant attention to every detail, in order to give our Guests memorable experiences. Our Staff, altogether, has always been one of our points of strengths, always assuring high professional service and taking care of our Guests since, for us, your holiday is our holiday as well. For this reason we tried to do our best when the Wheelchair lift was not working properly on the day of your arrival in order to meet your needs and expectations. We regret if this situation may have caused you any type of inconvenience and we are sorry about it, for this reason we offered you a compensation. We would like to clarify also that the Staff didn't ask you to leave the Patio of our Clash Restaurant and to eat on the street, we just asked you to not eat food taken from outside in the Restaurant area. Each thought, if constructive, is a real chance to improve our services, making them even better day by day. Modern hotel

NYX is a modern hotel across the road from Milan's Central Station. It is a perfect location for a city break. The staff were very friendly on arrival and gave a lovely quite room. The room is clean and has most of what you'd expect to find. I was disappointed with the small quantity of tea and coffee supplied especially coffee. The bed was very uncomfortable if my partner or I moved the whole bed would move, did not get a great sleep. Our check out was exceptional it was early morning (didn't get his name) he was extremely friendly and helpful. We were going to Sardinia as he was familiar with there he gave loads of tips and advice and ended our stay at the NYX hotel on a very good note.

Sehr praktische Lage direkt beim Bahnhof Milano Centrale. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schön und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Werde ich bei einem nächsten Mailand Besuch wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber Personal war freundlich Was bei dem Hotel sehr schlecht war: Das Hotel hat keine Parkplätze Man muss für einen parkplatz 35€ pro nacht bezahlen wo 2 km entfernt vom Hotel ist sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt, sehr schlecht. Ich musste 1x sogar über 30 minuten auf mein auto warten weil es holt immer jemand ab und bringt wieder
