It’s the only negative point, May be temporarily, but lots of noise and disorder due to construction work of streets and metro etc. it takes half an hour to take the car and come around the reception from the parking just behind the hotel!

Location is quite good for visitors and public transportation is near by. Hotel staff was friendly and hospitable. Superior room on the 1st floor by the street was very noisy. Bathroom was in need of renovation. Breakfast is a bit limited but just enough to get you going. Overall our five night stay on Uptown Palace was positive experience.

Breakfast was so delicious. Room Service was fast and everyone so lovely and friendly. This Hotel is in a perfect location: 10min walk to the cathedral and the view from the balcony (Duomo) was amazing 😊

Superb place to stay , the location is ideal and takes 10 mins to walk to Duomo and the centre of town . The staff at the hotel could not do enough for us, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable and everything is in place to ensure safety during the pandemic. We had such a wonderful stay with The Uptown Palace and would go back for sure!
