Hôtel accueillant et magnifique, quelques reproches à faire sur la réception. L’ensemble de l’équipe est accueillante malgré, une personne à la reception qui n’a pas su nous offrir un accueil digne d’un 4 étoiles.

Très décevant.

Absence de personnel, pas de bouteille d’eau dans La chambre, cuillère pour le café oubliée, vitres fenêtres très sales, ... il est vrai que nous étions le 5 août.

Bonjour, Nous adaptons notre personnel au nombre de clients dans l'hôtel, je suis donc très surprise de votre remarque sur l'absence de ce-dernier - même un 5 août! Nos chambres sont équipées d'un mini bar mais nous ne fournissons pas de bouteille d'eau à titre gracieux en-dessous de la cétégorie Premium. Concernant les vitres, il est vrai que malgré un nettoyage régulier, les travaux de l'ancienne maison d'arrêt situé proche de l'hôtel amène beaucoup de poussière et nos vitres re-deviennent sales en à peine une journée. Je vous prie de nous en excuser. Merci et j'espère qu'une future experience vous permettra de vous render compte que ce retour ne reflète pas la qualité d'accueil que nous fournissons chaque jour à nos clients

Très bel édifice, chambres un peu trop sobres

Bâtiment (ancien palais de justice) exceptionnel, chambres confortables mais à la décoration sobre voir terne. De nombreux groupes ( seminaires) et un espace bien être /spa réduit au minimum. C est dommage. Notre chambre était très sombre, sans vue, et l hôtel étant quasiment plein, impossible de changer. Pour le reste, bonnes prestations et personnel souriant et poli.

Il est vrai que nous accueillons de nombreux évènements d'entreprise remplissant notre hôtel, mais nous sommes également ravis d'accueillir nos clients séjournant à Nantes pour le Loisirs. Bien entendu selon nos disponibilités, nous sommes toujours disposés à écouter les attentes de nos hôtes pour leur faire vivre une réelle expérience.
