Highly great situated hotel if you wish to go to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Stabiae etc. since being very close to the main train station. But the surrounding area is noisy and dirty, so you might want to take the Metro, a taxi or bus in order to go to some nicer places. Lots of shops around the corner, Staff very kind and friendly, top room cleaning, super professional staff at the restaurant (shall not forget Francesco C. who does his outmost to make you feel at home!). Breakfast is ok, nothing more, nothing less. Sitting outside at the roof terrace - with a view on Vesuv - is indeed wonderful (especially in the evening), but do remember to book a table in advance on weekends to avoid any waiting. All in all a very nice hotel with a few minor faults (lack of coffee and eggs at breakfast now and then, the bread is not so fantastic).

Smart hotel, great location for station

Good value, 100£ per night; we were upgraded to a suite because it was my birthday (thanks!); room had good space and well kitted out; free mini bar; buffet breakfast was good. Only downsides were the bed, which was very hard for my taste, and the room was too hot - too early (February) for the hotel to have air con on. If you turn the heating off you need a window open and that is noisy.

Nice hotel right in the centre

The staff on reception were awesome nothing was to much trouble and answered all questions there knowledge was very helpful

Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch perfekt. Zug und U Bahn sind direkt um die Ecke, 20 min. Fußweg bis zur Fähre. Auch die Nähe zur Altstadt ist perfekt. Das Umfeld an sich ist natürlich Bahnhofsgegend. Das Hotel selbst stellt die sichere und saubere Oase dar. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist bestens. Besonders schön ist die Dachterasse mit dem Blick über Neapel, wo man bestens frühstücken oder dinnieren kann.

Sehr freundliches Personal, bereits beim Empfang. Hilfsbereit beim Touren buchen. Leider hat das Restaurant nur eine kleine Speisenauswahl respektive exquisite.
