Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We are pleased that you found your room to be clean but saddened to hear of your experiences with our staff! You are correct, the staff are very important to our little family-owned hotel and are known for being friendly, professional and helpful. We depend on our guests to speak to management while they are here when they have complaints about our staff – so we can correct the situation immediately. After the fact, we still want to follow up on issues so we can fix them for future visits. We are looking into your reports regarding the restaurant staff and the beach guard, and if you want to private message us with more details that would be great. We sincerely regret that you did not have a satisfactory experience here and wish you all the best in your future visits to Negril.
