Location was excellent, easy to check in, facilities in the room were great, selection of food for breakfast was impressive. the evening hors d'oeuvres was a welcome surprise, all of the staff were very pleasant and housekeeping were unobtrusive and speedy.

The property and its location were perfect, the staff on check in were very distant and we had to ask about amenities that we had been advised of when booking through Ebookers. We had booked a deluxe room with iconic views and paid extra for the privilege only to be told that no such booking had been made?

Great location and breakfast was good & convenient. The room didn't look as fresh and modern as the photos on ebookers - I feel we were given a lower standard 'tired' room, but it was large, comfortable, clean and fit for purpose. Staff friendly if you put in the effort!

Good location,room lovely and clean. Lady on reception during the week not very nice, weekend staff very helpful and pleasant, After a long flight it’s nice to be treated and helped, didn’t get much of that from lady on front desk ☹️

Das Zimmer war relativ klein. Hatte einen alten Teppich mit Flecken. Die Dusche war auch nicht die Neuste. Das Licht konnte man nicht separat löschen. Wir waren direkt beim Lift. Den konnte man tag und nacht hören.

Bei ebookers hiess es, ich müsste noch 205 CHF Gebühren im Hotel bezahlen. Bei der Ankunft wurden mir gleich 250 Dollar belastet. Zwei Tage später nochmals 67 Dollar und weitere 2 Tage später nochmals 201 Dollar. Ich reklamierte zweimal. Jedes Mal hiess es, ich erhielte das Geld wieder zurück. Inzwischen bin ich längstens wieder in der Schweiz und kann mein Geld wohl vergessen.
