Was there in September with my friend, we booked separate rooms .was very nice, everybody was helpful and caring, we got a nice welcoming and special caring like fruit plateau mostly each day, elephant decorative towels etc...So i decided to book another trip for November With my wife this time, supposed to be romantic but this time in this hotel was very disappointed, no special attention, no fruits, no elephant towel etc, well the wifi was always running out, each day we found 1-2 cockroachs dead in the bathroom... and the worst part was during check out...ok it was 5 in the morning but....no luggage service, we was supposed to get a breakfast bag but not, we had booked a taxi, no one guided us to the one we booked...so we was outside, with our luggages, going from taxi to taxi to ask if it was with them we booked... Well not so romantic trips we had planned😞

The staff was absolutely amazing, very polite and helpful, they even sent our jacket we forgot there back to the UK! Breakfast was perfect, everything very clean. Overall an amazing experience for my group. Will definitely return

lovely hotel with lovely food . very clean.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the only thing would be we booked the superior room which is more like a standard so we upgraded to deluxe as there was 3 adults travelling so wasnt enough room in superior.

Peaceful retreat

After trawling through a shed load of hotels we finally settled on booking the Deevana. First impressions count, on arrival we was relieved of our luggage, given a cold refreshing drink and some cold towels to freshen up. A early arrival at 9am meant we had to wait until 2pm for our room, maybe this is one area the hotel could improve, as most are international visitors are at the end of a long flight, and an earlier check in would make arrival that much better. Waiting in the lounge reception was not that much of an issue, although not a nice sight for new arrivals seeing people asleep in the entrance. We had a garden room, that was beautiful and peaceful. Grounds tendered every morning was nice to see. all staff very courteous, helpful and polite. A good few had issues understanding English, but then, we are the foreign visitors to this glorious country. Room was clean, modern and perfect for our vacation. We had an issue with the air con after a couple of days, that was fixed within 5 minutes of calling maintenance. Nice touch. Breakfast, although repetitive, had ample foods to satisfy your hunger first thing in the morning. English visitors note, if you like your bacon properly cooked and hot, just ask the chef to make some well done... Hotel shuttle to the beach is prompt and a nice little bonus, saving 200bht each way in a taxi or tuck tuck. (have to pre book tho) Room service is also prompt, with the food cooked fresh to order, and reasonably priced. Our only issue we

Very nice. No coplaints

Staff very helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable. Would definitely return. For mid priced hotel I can recommend it. No louts or stag parties. And slept very peacefully every night. Regards Mr S. Barron

awesome

overall experience was amazing at this place, staff couldn't do more for us, and were so friendly, our room was cleaned daily and had a balcony that overlooked the pool, which was a nice touch. location was perfect for us, with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and minutes away from bangla rd. (main entertainment street) we didnt here any of the hustle and bustle of the night life either. :)

Pas de bar, nettoyages journaliers très variable d´un jour à l´autre, mini-bar vide, restaurant pratiquement pas fréquenté hormis pour le petit-déjeuner. Par contre, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, belles piscines
