Dear Guest, thank you for the review, certainly not satisfactory. Our aim is indeed to make our guests feel pampered and welcome them with sympathy, kindness and professionalism. We are unarmed in the face of this review because it is anomalous. As far as breakfast is concerned, our strength is that all the processed products are homemade and the organic reigns supreme! This always includes a wide selection of croissants, do you (ie the guest is given the opportunity to fill them using organic jams and nutella), there is always 3 cakes of your choice and a tart, fruit in syrup, fresh in pieces and whole, selection of cured meats, 2 types of bread, cheeses. We have fruit and natural yoghurts, different types of water and juices. As for hot air, cold air, as every hotel we must strictly follow the indications of the municipality of Pisa which allows heating to be turned on until 15 04, meaning that you cannot activate air conditioning before that date. Air conditioning activation is allowed for Pisa starting from 01 05, up to 31.10, it means that before 31 10 am, if it is cold you cannot activate the heating, under penalty of sanctions and activity closure The cost of the drinks from the mini-bar is indicated and in line with the 4-star hotel prices, our mattresses are ergonomic, to fix a correct posture of the back, therefore rigid.! Nice hotel, unhelpful staff

Lovely hotel with great Reception staff but we found the bar and dining room staff to be rude and extremely unhelpful, which put a very sour edge on our stay, unfortunately

La chambre est très spacieuse et les équipements d’assez bonne qualité. En revanche, l’accueil à la réception est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles et le petit déjeuner est complètement médiocre et industriel. Le choix de pains et viennoiserie est sec, industriel et sans goût. Personne ne vous demande si vous désirez un café, accueil très froid. La douche est également pleine de calcaire et nous ne pouvons l’utiliser correctement. La lampe de miroir de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas.

Dear Guest, Thanks for your review, our staff is always and available to satisfy every guest’s requests. About the buffet breakfast we have increased the offer of our breakfast products, such us: Pankakes, Fresh salmon, prosecco, the self - service fruit juice, homemade Pizza and focaccia and chocolate fountain. About the problem with the shower and the lamp, if you called reception, we had resolved all your problems sending one of our maintainer in the room to fix it. We hope to see you again in Pisa to change your mind Kind regards

Mon épouse et moi avions réservé une chambre double supérieure. Exposée à l’est, la chambre était bien et propre, mais il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. On nous a donc changé de chambre. Celle-ci était loin de ce que l’on pourrait attendre d’un 5 étoiles. Elle semblait à peine nettoyée, était équipée de linges pour une personne, et comme elle était exposée à l’ouest, il y faisait au moins 30°C en fin d’après-midi (et bien-sûr, à cette époque de l’année, la climatisation n’est pas activable). Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Cher Client merci de votre avis. Nous ne sommes pas heureux d'avoir laissé une bonne première impression! le service c est notre point fort dommage , bizzarre votre commentaires sur le bruit car les chambres sont tous pairfectement insonorisee . En ce qu il concerne l air conditionne a savoir que l hote repondere ad une regulamentation de la marie de Pisa , la quelle ne pemet pas avant le 15 04 de changer le chuffage avec l air conditionne . A savoir aussi que le meme regulamentaiton impeche d utiliser le chauffage avant le 01 11 , donc pour l hotel c est dommage etre juge pour avoir respectee la volonteè de la Marie de Pisa . Le non respect de cette disposition revine avec des possibile ammende juridique et administratifs. Revenez bientôt pour nous rendre visite, nous attendons l'ordre de, essayer de rendre le séjour des clients drôle et au moins pour lui plaire à tous égards :) et profiter d'un petit-déjeuner avec 5 étoiles . En effect nous avons une nouvelle façon d'aborder au tourisme et à l'hospitalité, sur le tapis d'entrée "entrez dans l'hôtel pour vous amuser!" entre autres, nous avons aussi une piscine ouverte en saison, 15/6-15/9, ainsi que les plus beaux quartiers de remise en forme de Pise avec une vue imprenable, nous avons un guichet automatique all'intérieur la salle, c ' est la possibilité de louer une Vespa, une table de ping-pong et d’autres jeux pour mieux apprécier notre philosophie: entrez dans l’hôtel pour vous amuser et approcher nos valeurs art, amour, joie. Leider hat bei der Duche das warm Wasser nicht 100% funktioniert. Es kam immer nach ca 20 sekunden warm wasser für 10 sek kaltes Wasser.

Grenzt schon an Abzocke

Pros: Die Lage zur Piazza dei Miracoli
Location: Schiefer Turm ist in 30Min zu Fuss erreichbar
Bei der Buchung wurde der gesammte Betrag direkt von der Kreditkarte abgebucht obwohl ich erst vor Ort hätte bezahlen sollen. Nun weiss ich auch wieso. ICh bin kein SchickiMicki und als Italienerin weiss ich dass ein 5* nicht mit unseren Standarts in der Schweiz vergleichbar sind. Und doch wollte ich mir was gutes gönnen und habe dieses "5*" gebucht. ICh bereue dies zu tiefst und fühle mich meines Geldes Betrogen. Der Empfang war unglaublich unfreundlich, ich hatte schon ein schlechtes Gewissen einzuchecken. Das Bad war heruntergekommen, kabutt und vor allem dreckig. Der Frühstücksservice war unfreundlich, miserabel und vor allem ungeniesbar. Kein Besteck, überall dreckiges Geschirr, wird nicht wieder aufgefüllt, es gibt kein Kaffee oder Tee und das Personal hat überhaupt keine Lust zum Helfen. Der Check Out gestalltete sich sogar noch schlimmer und wir waren einfach nur froh gehen zu dürfen. Nur das Geld reut mich ungemein!! Ich bin sehr anpassungsfähig und dies ist meine erste schlechte Bewertung. Aber dies war mein schlimmster Urlaub
