Fridge didn’t work in the room and the hotel refused to replace it with a working one. WiFi was so slow it was virtually unusable and was very difficult to connect to. Breakfast and food/drinks at the hotel were very expensive. No water in the room.

Decent business class hotel next to Pisa station

Excellent location for the train station and an enjoyable traffic-free stroll all the way to the Leaning Tower campus (15-20 mins level walk). Plenty of shops, points of interest and restaurants along the way. Modern room decor and facilities, good air con, fridge, etc. Literally 30 metres from train station entrance and PisaMover tram from airport. Not necessarily a great area but we thought it safe enough at night. Hotel very secure and quite quiet too!

Great location for short trip to Pisa

Great location, good price and breakfast. Just right for a one night stay to see Pisa. Bathroom good, bed too hard. Would recommend to use as a base for sightseeing.

Convenient situation

This hotel is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions in Pisa. It is situated opposite the railway station, but, unlike most cities, the area is quite safe. Our room faced the station but we were not aware of the noise of trains. There are several restaurants in the area. We had a comfortable king-size bed, and a good shower. Breakfast was served in a bright dining room on the ground floor, and the buffet selection offered was very good. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful, but we found the male receptionist totally disinterested in the guests. The bar appears to have been replaced with an automated drinks and snacks dispenser. We would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Pisa, mainly because of its situation.

Perfect Pisa

As a regular visitor I always enjoy the hotel, the plus points are its position, cleanliness and the morning buffet. What the hotel does lack is a bar for the evening.
