Fridge didn’t work in the room and the hotel refused to replace it with a working one. WiFi was so slow it was virtually unusable and was very difficult to connect to. Breakfast and food/drinks at the hotel were very expensive. No water in the room.

Decent business class hotel next to Pisa station

Excellent location for the train station and an enjoyable traffic-free stroll all the way to the Leaning Tower campus (15-20 mins level walk). Plenty of shops, points of interest and restaurants along the way. Modern room decor and facilities, good air con, fridge, etc. Literally 30 metres from train station entrance and PisaMover tram from airport. Not necessarily a great area but we thought it safe enough at night. Hotel very secure and quite quiet too!

Sehr netter und schneller checkin Sehr nettes Personal ( Francesca) am front desk Leider hat das Hotel kein gym ( sollte mittlerweile zu den Basics gehören)

Hotelli sijaitsi kävelymatkan päässä lentokentältä. Kentältä oli helppo kävellä hotellille, löytyi helposti. Hotelli itsessään oli remontoitu nykyaikaiseksi. Hotellin yleiset tilat olivat avarat ja valoisat. Vastaanotossa mukava henkilökunta. Hotellihuoneemme oli siisti. Huoneessa oli minibaari sekä vedenkeitin. Minibaarista emme ostaneet mitään, hinnat kalliimmat kuin lähellä olevassa super marketissa. Hotellin aamupalalla pärjäsi pitkälle päivään. Aamupalalla tarjolla leipää, leikkeleitä, juustoja, jugurttia, muroja, erilaisia mehuja sekä hedelmiä. Makeaa oli tarjolla monessa muodossa ym. Hotellia vastapäätä sijaitsi juna-asema. Junalla teimme omatoimiretken Firenzeen, johon oli tunnin junamatka. Junia meni useita vuoroja tunnissa. Hotellilta Pisan tornille oli n.20min kävelymatka. Helppo oli sinnekin löytää. Ostoskatu oli lähellä hotellia.

Excellent location

The hotel is located 100 m from Pisa Central rail station. Thus a very good base for travelling by train to different locations in Tuscany and Liguria. The room was small but very tidy. The breakfast was very good. The staff at the reception desk was blunt when checking out, spoiling the overall good experience of the hotel.
