Not what it was cracked up to be.

Pros: Quiet location.
Cons: Just about everything.
Location: A few shop and restaurants nearby.
The hotel looked nice from the photos and also when we arrived outside. Despite the friendly welcome from the receptionist, the hotel was obviously rather tired. There was no means of making a cup of tea or coffee as there was no kettle or cups. The toilet made an awfully loud noise every time it was flushed. I don't no how it must have sounded throughout the hotel. The shower head could not be hung up but there was a notice suggesting you turn water off while lathering. (Not easy to wash) The sink tap was very stiff and difficult to control. Definitely overpriced.

Bonjour, nous vous remercions d’avoir choisi notre établissement pour votre séjour à Port Jérôme. Concernant la bouilloire en chambre, cette prestation est déjà incluse dans nos chambres supérieures... Cependant, vous auriez pu nous le demander, et avec plaisir nous aurions pu vous la mettre à disposition… De plus nous sommes navrés que le bruit du toilette broyeur et que la pomme de douche vous ont causé un désagrément; nous en prenons note et y remedirons. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau au Flormandie. Cordialement Alizée
