Staff was gold and was always ready to help and suggest different things if one asked. The room (familyroom) itself was a little shabby and cold. Could use some TLC. A bigger bathroom or separate toilet from bathroom would have been nice. But for a sleeping place it suited our needs. Transportation to and from hotel was amazing with tram stopping right in front of the hotel.

This hotel was great for me, this journey was my 101st since 1993. The staff was good, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was enough for me, and the hotel was very clean, it was quiet in the room !!! Special thanks to those two female receptionists Veronika and Alena, they both were very kind and helpful all the time :) :) !!! I have seen different kinds of hotels in Prague since 1993 and this hotel will be my "home hotel" in the future - it was so good service !!! Regards, Pekka from Finland

Siisti, puhdas ja tilava huoneisto. Liikenteen, lähinnä ratikan melu saattaa häiritä. Ilmastointi toimi kun älysi pyytää siihen kaukosäätimen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas. Sijainti hyvä ratikalla ja jalkaisin myös saavuttaa.
