Excellent service , Brilliant location.😀

Location: Location was excellent, fantastic Italian restaurant almost opposite the hotel - gorgeous!, public transport very close by you need to get tram 22
Excellent customer service! Well done team 😀 Staff are always friendly and happy to help, it was my husbands 50th birthday and I enquired about a room upgrade , this was approved by the hotel with no additional charge with a lovely bottle of wine , fruit delightful birthday cake and a voucher for the bar! This was a perfect and very generous and kind thing to do. We Thank you so much.😀😀 we absolutely loved Prague and will most certainly return again soon. Gold Star to all .

great hotel, just what we needed

Just needed more coffee, the facilities where great. The staff where helpful and friendly.all our needs where met. We would recommend this hotel and we would return

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht im Zetrum gelegen ist , kann man die Altstadt gut zu Fuss ( ca.20 - 30 Minuten ) erreichen ! Von aussen sieht das Hotel ein wenig herunter gekommen aus , aber drinnen ein ganz anderer Anblick ( vieles neu renoviert ) ! Das Hallenbad war genial ! Einzig die Massage durch externes Personal durch geführt war nicht so toll !
