Magnifique resort dans un cadre superbe , le personnel vraiment accueillant et au petit soin pour vous et toujours avec le sourire que ça soit les animateur les barmans ou les serveurs merci à tous ! Les chambres sont propres spacieuses et confortable , elles pourraient être un peu rafraîchies mais sont vraiment convenables ainsi! La nourriture est très bonne et varié que ça soit au buffet ou dans les restaurants . Les boissons sont également de qualité avec des cocktails divers sur demande et des alcools prenium. si quelque chose pourrait être amelioré ce serait de trouver une alternative à l absence de paille vraiment embarrassante pour boire les granités ou certains cocktail. ( absence dû au respect de l’environement) Trouver une solution écologique serait vraiment bien paille réutilisable ou biodégradable. Mis à part ce petit détail tout était parfait ! Merci à toute l’equipe

Superbe expérience dans ce complexe. Tout était parfait, la nourriture, l'ambiance, le personnel était à l'écoute et très sympathique. Tout est fait pour mettre les touristes à l'aise. N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Wir haben ein Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht. Leider sind die nicht wirklich “Deluxe”. Das Zimmer hat nach scharfen Reinigungsmitteln gestunken. Wir haben dann das Zimmer gewechselt welches etwas besser war. Nach einer Nacht hatten wir aber dann die aufpreispflichtige Option genommen: preffered room... diese Zimmer war dann ganz ok. Preis/Leistung hat für uns nicht gestummen, deshalb wird das wohl ein einmaliger Besuch bleiben auch wenn die Anlage gut und das Personal sehr freundlich war.
