Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Eden, wir wählten dieses Hotel extra wegen der angeworbenen Hygienemaßnahmen. Die Anlage ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Kroatien sehr groß, der Strand und die Pools sind ebenfalls groß und sauber. Anmerkungen und Wünsche wurden direkt umgesetzt, an dieser Stelle ein sehr großes Lob an den Direktor, gerne möchte ich auch Hida loben, die unsere Zimmer immer sehr sauber gehalten hat und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat.

Wir würden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen. Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht überein. Erholung sucht man in diesem Hotel vergebens. Spätestens nach dem 1. Frühstück war dann klar - wir müssen hier weg. Einen freien Tisch muss man sich mühsam selber beschaffen, die Tischtücher waren sehr schmutzig, die Stühle waren schmutzig, auf dem Teppichboden im Frühstücksaal lag Essen herum. Auf Nachfrage nach einer möglichen Stornierung der 2. Nacht bekamen wir an beiden Tagen immer die Antwort, dass am nächsten Tag erst wieder eine Mitarbeiterin arbeitet welche dies entscheiden kann. Nach Verlangen der Hotelmanagerin und einem sehr kurzen Gespräch war es dann plötzlich kein Problem mehr. Die Rückerstattung ist dann dank Unterstützung von ebookers nach 1 Monat erfolgt.

Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Huoneet todella siistit ja siivous toimi hyvin. Allasalue siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Ylipäänsä mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli sekä koko hotellialue.

sehr schönes Hotel neu renoviert,

Pros: Personal könnte freundlicher sein, vor allem im Restaurant.
Location: Nähe Strand und sehr guten Restaurants
nähe Altstadt in Rovinj, ca. 30 Minuten zu gehen. Parkplatz in der nähe, man kann den gratis Shuttlebus benützen.
