Amazing location. Super clean hotel with fantastic staff who couldn't do enough. Breakfast was good value with plenty of selection. You would struggle to find a better located hotel anywhere in Salzburg. 10/10

High-quality hotel with excellent location

Pros: Location, room, staff
Cons: Breakfast expensive, and inadequate
Location: Great location. Old town near, railway station within walking distance. Gaisberg bus stop near, Kapuzinerberg behind the hotel.
We (3 persons) booked this hotel with Salzburg activity vacation in mind. Hotel has a great location: very near to the old town, just 5min walk accross the bridge, and also rather close to the railway station (20 min walk). All tourists attractions are within walking distance. Kapuzinerberg for light walking/hiking is just behind the hotel. Our room (suite) was very spacious with bed room with two large beds, and separate room with table, TV, chairs etc. The room also had small fridge, and separate toilet and shower room. Perfect for a small group! Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful, as we planned our daily activities and trips basically the day before. Only minus for 15 EUR breakfast, which we found pricey in the first place, but besides this they always seemed to run out of certain items, and you had to wait to get more. However it was convenient to have this breakfast option, and thus we did enjoy it a few times. Overall great experience, we would warmly recommend this hotel.

We are sorry if you had to wait for certain foods at the breakfast buffet. Warm dishes and breads are prepared fresh so guests might have to wait for a re-fill which is only a matter of a minute or two.
