Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Straße, in der es nicht „so viele“ Obdachlose gibt. Das Gebäude ist sehr alt (1906), was eigentlich ganz schön ist. Dennoch riecht es nach feuchten Keller. Der Empfang und allgemein die Betreiber des Hotels sind toll. Sie sind super lieb und stehen einen für jede Kleinigkeit zur Verfügung und sind sehr behilflich. Die Zimmer sind klein (was nicht schlimm ist), jedoch auch leider sehr alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Irgendwie fühlt man sich nicht wohl, weil einem alles so muffig und alt vorkommt. Die Betten sind aber gemütlich und auch sauber. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Waschbecken. Toilette und Dusche sind auf dem Flur. Das ist prinzipiell kein Problem, aber einladend sieht die Dusche nicht aus. Auch ist das Gebäude dermaßen hellhörig, sodass man nachts als auch am Morgen jeden Toilettengang jedes Hotelsgastes (obere Etage und untere Etage) hört. Auch hört man jede Unterhaltung. Es war soweit in Ordnung für zwei Nächte, auch wenn ich mich nicht richtig wohl gefühlt habe. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen, auch wenn die Betreiber wirklich sehr sehr nett waren und die Lage (ca. 700 m zum union square) gut ist.

Thank you for your feedback. The showers will be renovated and we are building a new shower in each floor. Some rooms will also be fixed and painted.
