Checkin läckerlich langsam; Telefone in Zimmern nicht brauchbar (und wurden nochmals kaputt während der Aufenthalt); Elektronische Schlüssel irritierend ineffizient; Staff nicht richtig gelernt (hatten immer falsche Antworten), usw.
