Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ruhig, gut gelegen, äusserst freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant, schöne Zimmer. Den coronabedingten Umständen wird perfekt und sensibel Rechnung getragen. Nicht nur für die Erkundung der beiden Schlösser sondern auch zur Erholung im lieblichen Berggebiet als Ausgangspunkt sehr gut geeignet. Das Hotel kann mit gutem Gewissen empfohlen werden.

Gefallen hat mir die sehr freundlichen Bedienunge am Frühstück, das Empfangspersonal, die Einrichtung und das Gesamtambiente des Hauses. Nicht gefallen: Bedienung an der Bar abends, sie war wortkarg, gab Karte erst nach Aufforderung und mit einem gelangweilten Ausdruck, Eierspeisen zu den Uhrzeiten, wo Leute sich zum Frühstück angemeldet hatten, dauerten viel zu lange ( 0,5 Std. ), die Frau war total überfordert. Man bestellte Omelett, dann hieß es 5-10 Min. warten, dann ging man wieder hin, große Schlange, jeder dachte ich sei jetzt erst gekommen und dann war mein Omelett schon lange an einen Gast, der lange nach mir kam , vergeben. Die Frau musste Würstchen, Eierspeisen, alles gleichzeitig bedienen, sie war überfordert. Gegenwert für die bezahlte, aber nicht vorhandene Leistung der Wellnesswelt, war zu gering. Parkplatz und Drink ist zu wenig für entgangene Wellness. Wieviel kostet Sauna , Hallenbad und die Nutzung des gesamten Bereiches für drei Tage? Bestimmt mehr als 30 Euro pro Person. Wenn man Leistung anbietet und der Gast bezahlt diese, dann muss man auch liefern. Und wenn es von staatl. Stelle aus verboten ist, dann muss der Ersatz im gleichen Wert sein, wie gesagt, wurde ja auch bezahlt. Aber für entgangene 3 Tage Wellness 60 Euro ( Parkplatz und Drink an der Bar ) ist viel zu wenig. Da hätte ich mir mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht, ich werde nicht mehr in diesem Haus übernachten, aus Prinzip.

Ausfall des Warmwassers zum Duschen am Abend ohne Entschädigung oder Kompensation; Parken am Hotel kostenpflichtig auf öffentlichem, stark vereistem Parkplatz in ca. 100 Metern Entfernung. Im Wellnessbereich kein Personal anwesend zum Aushändigen von Handtüchern oder Spindschlüsseln für Umkleide. Fazit: Mehr Schein als Sein :-(.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns im Ameron Neuschwanstein zu bewerten und für Ihre kritischen Worte! Gerne möchte ich auf Ihre Kritik eingehen, mich aber auch aufrichtig für die von Ihnen erlebten Servicemängel entschuldigen. Das darf uns so nicht passieren und gerade die von Ihnen genannte Situation im Spa ist personell auch anders geplant. Im Jägerhaus hatten wir an dem von Ihnen genannten Abend (nach 21.00 Uhr) für 2,5 Stunden ein Problem mit der Heizung welche umgehend durch unsere Techniker behoben wurde - leider sind solche Situationen nicht vorhersehbar und wo immer es eine Reaktion gab haben wir auch hier großzügig reagiert. Warum das in Ihrem Fall nicht passiert ist kann ich leider aufgrund der anonymen Bewertung nicht herausfinden würde mich aber gerne persönlich dafür entschuldigen! Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn Sie uns in Zukunft noch einmal die Chance geben Sie von uns, dem Ameron Neuschwanstein überzeugen zu können so dass Sie uns vielleicht mit einem anderen Fazit bewerten! Ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel, sehr stylisch!! Was ein bisschen irreführen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass das Hotel nicht am See liegt.. Hatten uns sehr auf einen 'Kaffee direkt am See' gefreut :) Es gibt zwar eine Terrasse mit Seeblick, diese war aber in Renovation.. Anyway, Personal top, Frühstück top, Zimmer top, alles top :)
