Room was very dark, few lights and small window, felt like a dungeon. Very claustrophobic. Didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller. Customer service was good, they gave me a refund when I checked out after 1 night.

The only thing I liked was the bed was comfortable. Things I didn’t like; The room is poorly lit, no Plugs or lights near any mirrors so good luck trying to do hair and make up. The Air Con is so noisy during the night as it switches on and off by itself (must be on a thermostat) so woke me up every 15 minutes. Worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel in My whole life! Should be mentioned when booking. The hot tub room for €180 was horrendous, hot tub took 1.5 hours to fill, and we didn’t get to use it once as we only stayed one night, it finally filled up at 11:45 we had to check out at Midday. if this would have been explained when booking I would never ever have have booked it and spent the money on it. Also, hot tub room for nearly €200 and there is no window with any natural light, the one tiny window looked out to the centre of the hotel, just black walls and other rooms windows. Shocking for the price. The TV AirPlay didn’t work. The coffee machine didn’t work in the room. The hot tub by the pool are was closed. The shower leaked on to the floor. €50 deposit taken on the night which is explained but it doesn’t explain that it takes 15 DAYS to get this back!!! Found this out when I checked out which is shocking in my opinion. I explained all the above points to the receptionist on my departure and she did not apologise. She explained the noise is because we were in Paceville but I explained that the noise was the AC unit will complain

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit speziellem Design (schwarz, gold - macht sehr edlen Eindruck)! Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit einem Whirlpool. Auf der Dachterrasse hat es einen Pool, die Liegen sind etwas beschränkt aber OK. Das Barpersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Putzpersonal nicht sehr gut - es gab den Eindruck, als ob sie nur das allernötigste machten. Hier wäre etwas mehr Aufmerksamheit erwünscht. Im Untergeschoss hat es ein Spa Bereich. Sehr schön aber teilweise ist auch ersichtlich, dass gewisse Teile erneuert werden müssten. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und neben einer Partystrasse. Nicht für ruhigen Urlaub geeignet. Insgesamt gefiel es uns aber sehr gut! :)

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Spa - Bereich war sehr düster, dunkel und heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Auswahl an Frühstück gut, jedoch könnten dort die Räumlichkeiten heller sein.
