This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel located very close to the metro stop, taking 10 mins to get to central station for the airport and to the old town. Buffet breakfast were excellent, bedroom great and staff very friendly. It was also reasonably priced compared to other similar spec hotels. Recommended

The property is very modern and clean. There are lots of spaces to sit and relax. The long and areas outside the lifts are very large and have seating. The bedroom is a good size but I felt that the bed could have been a little further away from the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the is a lovely chaise lounge to relax on. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices and the staff are very helpful at getting what you need. The only downside to this hotel is that you have to pay to use the pool and spa area. It would be nice to just be able to use the pool for free even if it meant booking a time slot. The spa treatments are also quite expensive.

Beim check-in wurde mir nochmals der Gesamtbetrag abgebucht obwohl es im voraus bezahlt wurde. Erst beim hinweisen darauf wurde der Betrag zurück erstattet, jedoch mit 15 V CHF verlust wegen Umrechnungskurs Gebühren der Kreditkarte. Sehr schlecht und schade ansonsten nicht schlecht für einen Tag

Everything else was great but the pillows were not good for me. I am a normal sized man and like to sleep on my side, but the pillows felt like you had to be either a small woman or a very large dude, like a heavy weight boxer for them to be good.

I regretted not having a safe in the room. I also regretted not having access to the pool, which I could see from my window, unless I paid what I consider extortionate, open only certain days, closed at lunch time. Not what I expected from a 4 * hotel. Besides these two points, the hotel was good.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft, direkt bei U-Bahn Station. Kleine Zimmer, aber sehr ruhig. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet!!
